Who is Russ Gordon???
My ownership of Gordon Properties is the culmination of 22 years as a full-time real estate professional in Colorado Springs. In that time, I’ve sold over $65 million of real estate and I love the process of helping my clients buy and sell properties. Along the way, I earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award as well as consistently achieving high levels of production for over a decade.
My educational background is in psychology and business, with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Prior to moving to the area in 1996, I was a consultant to numerous city, county and state agencies in Southern California from 1986 to 1990, and was responsible for coordinating acquisitions, appraisal services and negotiating agreements in redevelopment projects like the Disneyland California Adventure expansion.
I hold a number of professional accreditations, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) to name just a few. I also hold the highest real estate brokerage designation in Colorado: Employing/Administrative Broker. I am a member of several professional Realtor organizations.
